Dr. Cas Fuchs
Dr. Fuchs earned his PhD degree from the University of Maastricht, specializing in Sports Nutrition and Post-exercise Recovery strategies. Currently, he holds the position of scientist and teacher at Maastricht University, where he contributes to research and teaches various subjects, including Human Biology, Exercise Metabolism, Nutrition Metabolism, and Strategies for optimizing Recovery and Adaptation. He has a particular interest in human body composition and exploring ways to enhance it.
