Debunked: milk is bad for your health

THIS IS NOT TRUE

Milk is absolutely not bad for you. In fact, milk contains nutrients such as high-quality proteins and calcium that are in fact very beneficial for you.

Of course there are people with allergies or intolerances to nutrients in milk, but for the general (healthy) population drinking milk is absolutely fine and contains several beneficial nutrients that your body very happily receives!

So drinking a glass (or two) of milk is absolutely fine and when ingested after exercise will also assist in the recovery process! There you go!
